We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. No data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Axczel Research's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Nature of Service
Axczel Research Pvt Ltd (SEBI Reg: INH000027681) provides equity research and analysis as a SEBI Registered Research Entity. Our services are informational in nature and do not constitute personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or guaranteed returns.
User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions based on our research
- You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our research without written permission
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations
Intellectual Property
All content, models, algorithms, research reports, and software on our platform are proprietary to Axczel Research Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axczel Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our research or reliance on our recommendations. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Pre-Launch Status
Axczel Research Pvt Ltd is currently in a pre-launch phase. No subscription fees or service charges are being collected at this time. Accordingly, no refund obligations arise at present.
When Services Launch
A detailed refund policy will be published on this page prior to the commencement of any paid research services. The policy will cover eligibility, timelines, and the process for requesting refunds where applicable.
Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
In the unlikely event of a duplicate or erroneous payment being collected during any pre-launch or testing phase, please contact us immediately at jestin@axczel.com. Such payments will be refunded in full within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Investment Risk
Investment in securities market is subject to market risks. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may receive back less than you originally invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Equity and Derivatives Risk
- Equity Risk: Stock prices can be highly volatile. Companies can underperform, face regulatory issues, or become insolvent, resulting in partial or total loss of investment.
- Derivatives Risk: F&O instruments are leveraged products. Losses can exceed the initial margin deposited. These products are not suitable for all investors.
- Liquidity Risk: Some securities may have limited liquidity, making it difficult to exit positions at desired prices.
- Market Risk: Macro events, geopolitical developments, and systemic shocks can affect all asset classes simultaneously.
Regulatory Risk
