Accessibility Statement

Axczel Research is committed to ensuring that our website and web application are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our current conformance level, known limitations, and how to contact us about accessibility barriers.

Conformance Status

axczel.com aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This statement was last reviewed on 7 May 2026.

Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to the pages and web application served at axczel.com, including:

  • All public-facing marketing and information pages (Home, About, Services, AI Technology, Algo Platform, Contact, Legal, Investor Charter, Principal Officer)
  • The subscriber and staff web application, including the Subscriber Dashboard, Analyst Dashboard, Admin Dashboard, and Support Dashboard
  • Authentication flows: email/password sign-in, Google OAuth, and OTP-based phone verification

Content delivered via third-party services — external broker portals, the SCORES grievance portal, and linked PDFs hosted on external domains — is outside the scope of this statement.

Technical Accessibility Measures

The following specific measures have been implemented across the site:

  • Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text (Success Criteria 1.4.3 and 1.4.11).
  • All interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators on every focusable element (2.1.1, 2.4.7, 2.4.11).
  • Form inputs are associated with visible labels via htmlFor/id pairs; required fields are marked with aria-required; inline error messages use role="alert" (1.3.1, 3.3.1, 3.3.2).
  • ARIA landmarks, roles, and live regions are used consistently. Tab panels follow the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices Guide tabs pattern with roving tabIndex and arrow-key navigation (4.1.2).
  • Layouts are responsive and content reflows at 320 px viewport width without horizontal scroll or loss of information (1.4.10).
  • All click targets meet the 24×24 CSS pixel minimum; primary interactive targets meet the 44×44 CSS pixel recommended size (2.5.8).
  • No content flashes more than three times per second (2.3.1).
  • Authentication flows do not rely on cognitive tests alone; copy-paste and password-manager usage are permitted (3.3.8).

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of the website are not yet fully accessible. The known limitations are documented below along with available workarounds. We are actively working to resolve them.

Research Report Attachments

PDF attachments distributed to subscribers are generated by third-party tooling. While we review major reports for basic accessibility, embedded charts and tables within PDFs may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working to adopt tagged-PDF export workflows.

Workaround: Contact us at info@axczel.com and we will provide the information in an alternative accessible format.

Third-Party Broker Integrations

The Algo Platform page links to external broker portals (Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, etc.). We do not control those destinations and cannot guarantee their accessibility conformance.

Workaround: Consult the individual broker's accessibility statement or contact their support team for assistance.

Complex Financial Data Visualisations

Certain live charting widgets and candlestick visualisations on the platform preview are rendered via canvas or SVG-heavy libraries. Full programmatic access via assistive technology is limited.

Workaround: Key data points (P&L, active strategies, risk metrics) are also available as plain-text summaries in the same view.

Legacy Account Statements

Historical account statements generated before May 2026 may contain tables without proper header markup. New statements meet WCAG 2.2 AA table requirements.

Workaround: Request an accessible version of any statement by emailing info@axczel.com with your account number.

Escalation Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may escalate to our compliance team:

Email: compliance@axczel.com

We are committed to resolving all accessibility complaints promptly and in good faith. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, we will work with the reporting individual to identify an appropriate path forward.
