Annual Compliance Audit
In accordance with Regulation 25(3) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, Axczel Research Pvt Ltd (SEBI Registration No. INH000027681) shall conduct an annual audit of its compliance with the Research Analyst Regulations and the circulars issued thereunder, by a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Adverse findings of the audit, if any, together with the action taken thereon, shall be reported to the designated body (RAASB) and published on this page as required.
