Nature of Service

Axczel Research Pvt Ltd (SEBI Reg: INH000027681) provides equity research and analysis as a SEBI Registered Research Entity. Our services are informational in nature and do not constitute personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or guaranteed returns.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions based on our research
• You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our research without written permission
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, research reports, and software on our platform are proprietary to Axczel Research Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axczel Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our research or reliance on our recommendations. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
